Sofababy Delivery & Shipping FAQs
1. What is the typical delivery time for Sofababy products?
-For ready-to-ship items like scatter pillows and lighting, delivery typically takes 7–15 days. For customized pieces such as sofas and furniture, please allow 4–6 weeks for delivery.
2. On which days does Sofababy deliver?
-Our deliveries usually happen between Monday through Saturday.
3. How will I know when my order is ready for dispatch?
- You'll receive an SMS notification as soon as your order is ready to be dispatched.
4. Will I get a call before my delivery arrives?
-While we do our best to ensure our logistics partners give you a pre-delivery call, this is subject to their availability.
5. How are large items delivered, especially to upper floors?
-Large furniture is delivered to the building entrance or the nearest accessible point. If you live on a higher floor, we recommend arranging additional manpower to assist with moving items beyond the ground or first floor.
6. Why are some items packed in wooden crates?
-To protect your furniture during transit, certain items are securely packed in wooden crates. Though it might be a bit of a hassle to uncrate, While they may cause inconvenience, they are necessary for product protection.
7. What should I do if my order arrives damaged or defective?
-Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery, either yourself or with the help of a local carpenter. If you notice any defects or damage, inform both the delivery personnel and Sofababy customer care right away.
8. What happens if the furniture doesn’t fit through my door or staircase?
-It’s important to double-check product dimensions before ordering. If a delivery is refused due to size constraints, it will be considered the customer’s responsibility.
9. Are there charges if I delay the delivery after the order is ready?
-Yes, if you ask us to hold your order after it’s ready for dispatch, holding charges may apply. Please refer to our detailed policy for more information.
10. Can I give special delivery instructions?
-Absolutely! Just make sure to enter the correct delivery address and contact information at checkout. If you won’t be available during the expected delivery window, please let us know in advance so we can help arrange accordingly.
11. Are there any restrictions on where you deliver?
-We don’t deliver to PO Boxes or shared/public postal addresses, as they may not be secure.
12. What if my delivery is delayed?
-While we always strive to deliver on time, unexpected delays can happen due to factors outside our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.
