At Sofababy, each product is made with care and begins production shortly after your order is placed. Because of this, we kindly ask that any cancellations be made within 24 hours of placing your order.

         -Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.

         -After 24 hours, the order cannot be canceled as production will have already started.
